The gastronomy specialist event GASTRO SUMMIT is a guest in Friedrichshafen for the first time: from February 26 to 28, 2023, the GASTRO SUMMIT Friedrichshafen and the gastro trade fair Bodensee-Oberschwaben will take place together in Halls B1 and A2 of the Friedrichshafen exhibition center. Both events thus bring the bundled competence for gastronomy, hotel business and community catering to the Lake Constance region. Current topics are the search for staff and sustainability in gastronomy.
