The 2023 III International Symposium on Carrot and Other Apiaceae will showcase the most recent scientific findings and technical advances in the Carrot and Apiaceae community. The event will be held over 4 days, starting on Monday 2nd October and finishing on Thursday 5th October 2023. The Symposium will involve a series of conference and seminar sessions held at York's Racecourse, a Gala dinner held in the prestigious York Railway Museum and the opportunity to visit the British Carrot Growers Association and AHDB's Demonstration Day.
