In 2019, the 11th Latin-American Conference on Communications (LATINCOM 2019) returns to Brazil. In this year LATINCOM will be held in Salvador, Bahia. Salvador is one of the most beautiful cities in Brazil and also a well known international tourist destination. Famous for its history, for the cultural miscegenation, for its beaches, humid tropical climate, for religious and for its hospitable people. It is in this formidable and welcoming environment that IEEE LATINCOM will take place.
The IEEE LATINCOM is an international conference organized by the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) Latin America Region. IEEE LATINCOM is the most important conference on communications in Latin America it is held annually and attracts submissions and participants from all around the world. This event will be an excellent opportunity to join together professors, researchers, industry and students.
