The seventh event in the MassMin series will be held in Sydney, Australia, in May 2016. Mass mining participants including researchers, planners, consultants, equipment and service suppliers and mine operators are invited to meet to share experiences and ideas, successes and lessons learnt, and to discuss possible futures resulting from potential new techniques.
The organising committee for MassMin 2016 are planning a conference aimed at meeting the needs of the assembled group. Technical sessions will be streamed according to the focus of papers from research/technical development, design and planning, improvements and operational matters through a variety of technical, operational and managerial streams.
The last 20 years has seen major transformations in underground mass mining. The organising committee seeks your support and involvement in this conference by attending and participating visits and workshops where we can learn about the future of mass mining together.
