Building on the successes seen in Addis Ababa last April and September 2016, The Powering Resilience (with Renewables) Forum tackles that challenge head on, notably by bringing together, African Ministries of Energy, the African Union Commission and its New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) framework; the UN's Economic Commission for Africa and its African Climate Policy Centre; and the array of river basin authorities, electric power pools, OPIC, renowned experts, developers, investors, regulators and technology and services suppliers.
