As an agency of the Kentucky Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet, the Kentucky State Fair Board operates two of the largest convention and trade show facilities in the state, the Kentucky Exposition Center and the Kentucky International Convention Center, and the Commonwealth's newest multi-purpose arena, the KFC Yum! Center. In addition to hosting traveling events year round at the three facilities located in Louisville, KY, the Kentucky State Fair Board also produces three events of its own. These shows are operated, staffed, and executed by full-time state fair board staff members every year. These three signature events are the Kentucky State Fair, the National Farm Machinery Show, and the North American International Livestock Exposition. |
