This event showcases food, drink, ingredients, equipment, services, skills and education.
The salon culinaire is a visual extravaganza of culinary showcases and practical cookery demonstrations and world class culinary competitions covering - exciting ice carvings; intricately decorated buffet platters; spectacular pastry and chocolate creations; picture-perfect platters of all manner of edible delights.
