Qatar's aspiring National Vision 2030 is a testament to Qatar's commitment towards achieving their sustainability goals and have brought about a considerable change to initiatives being undertaken to enhance energy efficiency in the built environment. As growth in the country accelerates with several large-scale projects being announced, the focus is on sustainable buildings.
Through its National Programme for Conservation and Energy Efficiency (Tarsheed), Qatar's initiatives for increasing energy efficiency and achieving sustainability are driving significant spending in the retrofitting, energy efficiency and sustainability sectors.
Accordingly, the Sustainable Buildings and Retrofittech Qatar Summit is taking place to bring together key stakeholders across retrofitting, energy efficiency and sustainability sectors to discuss exciting visions and learn more about the upcoming projects.
