Metz Congres Robert Schuman

The Robert Schuman Convention Centre (Metz Congres Robert Schuman) is the new Metz Metropole convention centre, inaugurated in September 2018. Between the new district of the Amphitheatre and the historic centre of Metz, the convention centre is located close to the city centre, the SNCF train station and the Centre Pompidou-Metz. The building boasts 15,300 sqm of fully-equipped event space designed by Wilmotte et Associes SA. The architectural concept is based of four key ideas highlighting materials, vertical lines, light and space.

Built on 3 levels, the Robert Schuman Convention Centre has 3,400 sqm of exhibition space divided between 2 modular halls. It also has an amphitheatre with a capacity of 1,200 seats, as well as 16 meeting rooms for 20 to 400 people and a panoramic terrace. This new venue is equipped with all the latest event technologies. The building is ISO 14001 certified and can host all types of events: congresses, exhibitions, conventions, product launches, seminars, receptions, cocktail buffets (up to 3,200 participants), sit-down dinners (up to 2,200 guests), etc.
