| Centro de Convenciones y Exposiciones Cartagena de Indias Julio Cesar Turbay Ayala - The Julio Cesar Turbay Ayala Cartagena de Indias Convention Center (CCCI) was born as a project by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism in 1978. The initiative was designed to create economic opportunities for Colombia's Caribbean coastal region through the creation of a World Class Center for conferences, meetings, events, conventions and international summits.
