The International College of Surgeons is a "far-flung, global entity" with member Fellows in over 100 countries of the world. Its Constitution and Bylaws assure leadership at the local country level to exercise leadership as section leaders desire. This "cuts" to the effectiveness, with local discretion, to fulfilling the core strategy of the International College of Surgeons, which is HUMANITARIAN SURGICAL MISSIONS.
This "Cross-Disciplinary - Innovation in Surgery, Sharing Technologies for Transformative Surgical Care" ICS Biennial World Scientific Congress, MORE THAN EVER, affords ICS Fellows, Colleagues, and Friends the opportunity to come together, discuss current issues, and consider options to better address the HUGE needs of global underserved.
