IFFA is the leading international trade fair for the meat and protein industry and takes place every three years. Manufacturers from all over the world showcase solutions for processing and packaging meat and alternative proteins, innovative ingredients and trends at the point of sale.'Trade visitors come from the protein-processing industry, the butcher's trade, the food retail sector, the catering industry and a wide range of supplier industries. IFFA has a long tradition and was first held as the 'International Meat Industry Exhibition' at the Frankfurt exhibition centre in 1949.
