The importance of the exhibition is conditioned by rapid development of food and processing industry. The main objective of the exhibition - to create for the specialists of effective platform for communication with the producers of the products, the equipment for processing, to provide, in the framework of the exhibition the whole technological process of food production, from raw material processing to obtain a final packed product.
Traditionally, the exhibition UzProdExpo became a place of meetings of professionals of the sector, in the work of the exhibition take an active participation of our farmers, specialists from countries of CIS and foreign countries.
International exhibition for the food industry and food UzProdExpo was first organized in 2005.
