Drug Discovery Chemistry is a dynamic conference for medicinal and biophysical chemists working in pharma, biotech, and academia. Focused on discovery and optimization challenges of small molecule drug candidates, this event provides many exciting opportunities for scientists to create a unique program to hear presentations most suited to one's personal interests by going back and forth among concurrent tracks.
With new coverage of targeting transcription factors, plus greatly expanded coverage of protein degraders, molecular glues, and artificial intelligence for early drug discovery, the 2023 event was our largest ever!
Speakers from industry were strongly represented in 2023, including talks from AbbVie, Amgen, Astex Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca, Biogen, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bristol Myers Squibb, EMD Serono, Genentech, GlaxoSmithKline, Janssen, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Novartis, Pfizer, and more. In addition, featured presentations were be given by the University of Washington's David Baker, Vanderbilt's Stephen Fesik, and UC Berkeley's Daniel Nomura.
