KIMES is eager to contribute to the expansion of exports and the improvement of health care facilities, hospital equipment and modernization of the development of the domestic medical device industry.
Korea has a large, diverse and vibrant medical device manufacturing industry which has boomed with the rapid growth of the country's economy in the past two decades or so. The large scale of the medical industry has been very much in evidence at KIMES (Korea International Medical and Hospital Equipment Show). The show has fulfilled high expectations with the newest medical products.
