For many years the CHOCO TEC has established itself as the key event for the chocolate industry. Every two years the market experts as well as chocoholics meet here in order to exchange knowledge of current trends, developments and technologies. However, also participants from other areas such as science, production and quality management, product development and analytics will be offered many interesting aspects.
Finally the congress will be completed by a big foyer-exhibition, an international poster session, a chocolate tasting and an unforgettable evening program in the world famous Chocolate-Museum in Cologne - one of the biggest and oldest cities in Germany. Furthermore, there will be for the first time a'round table with international chocolate experts.
