The first edition of Vinitaly Canada will open the New Year in Toronto: on the 28th of January, Vinitaly International Academy and Wine Country Ontario will be organizing an exclusive dinner at Grano Restaurant.'On the 29th of January on the occasion of three private Executive Wine Seminars, Ian D'Agata, with Canada's best known and credible wine experts, John Szabo, Bruce Wallner and Will Predhomme will analyse wines of Italy and Ontario made from exactly the same grape varieties. In each session there will be 12-14 wines, half from Italy, half from Ontario offering attendees the opportunity to study the similarities and the differences of wines made in each territory.
