Carbon capture, utilisation and sequestration for cement and lime
The 1st Global CemCCUS Conference and Exhibition will cover developments and the state-of-the-art in carbon capture, utilisation and sequestration for the cement and lime industries.
Carbon capture from cement and lime production and its subsequent use or sequestration will be unavoidable in a world which requires net-zero-carbon emissions by 2050. Once cement and lime producers have done everything else that they can to reduce their CO2 emissions - measures that are covered in the sister-conference Global FutureCem - then they will be obliged to capture the rest, and either repurpose it, or sequester it.
