International Downstream Week, incorporating OpEx, IDTC and BBTC was held in beautiful Istanbul and attracted 300+ delegates from over 30 different countries. TüPRAS was this year's co-host and in addition to providing several informative presentations, also arranged an exclusive visit to their Izmit Refinery to see their recently completed Residuum Upgrading Project (RUP).
