The Allied Genetics Conference will bring together the diversity and interdisciplinarity that is modern genetics. As genetics and genomics research evolves, labs and even single studies that use multiple model systems, topics, and techniques are becoming the rule rather than the exception. Opportunities for exposure to complementary areas and approaches as well as potential collaborations stand to benefit biologists. By bringing together these diverse genetics communities and creating opportunities for an exchange of ideas between them, GSA will deliver an experience greater than the sum of its parts.
