The plenary session of the CIM 2016 Convention is intended to bring focus and dialogue around the selected conference theme. So for CIM 2016, it is imperative to enlist thought leaders to the panel who have been successful in reaching out to diverse stakeholders to either share the benefits of mining or draw them to the business.'And the panel is not be limited to just mining personalities. There are examples from other sectors where people have been able to adapt to new ways and livelihoods that are sustainable.
