Renewable energy plays an indispensable role in meeting rising energy demand and if the offshore wind industry is to realize its potential growth, they need to exceed borders; geographically, in legislation and mentally. For that reason the theme of OWC 2015 is "building an industry without borders". More than 20 expert speakers and over 150 industry professionals will discuss how taking down barriers can lead to further industry growth. The OWC program will raise questions about the national approaches to wind farm development.
