Enoforum, both in terms of the number of speakers and participants, is the largest technical conference dedicated to the wine and viticulture sector. For the first time, it will be held in Athens, Greece.
At Enoforum, we firmly believe that innovation in our business comes from the convergence of:
Public research, which often gives birth to the ideas that lead to new technologies.
Supplier companies, whose R&D departments transform this knowledge into innovations that can be applied on a large scale.
Winemakers and oenologists, who as end users can provide practical experience, identify real needs, and develop new proposals.
During Enoforum, we encourage interaction between these three pillars of innovation, offering all participants the opportunity to participate positively in the progress and growth of the wine sector.
