Traditionally one of the key events of the regional construction industry, the International Construction Conference of Industry (ICCI) is held within the framework of the International Construction Exhibition UzBuild'-'the leading platform showcasing innovations and shaping the future of construction in Uzbekistan.
The conference brings together representatives of government bodies, industry associations and unions, as well as leading construction experts to discuss the latest trends, emerging challenges, and future prospects for the sector's development. The main theme of the 2026 conference will be "The Construction Potential of the New Uzbekistan", reflecting the country's ambitious vision for infrastructure growth and modernization.
Uzbekistan's construction industry continues to demonstrate robust and sustained growth. In the first half of 2024, the total volume of completed construction works reached USD 11.1 billion, representing a 10.1% increase compared to the same period of the previous year.
Foreign investment remains a key driver: in 2024, the sector attracted more than USD 4 billion, contributing over 7% to the nation's GDP. These figures are expected to rise even further in 2025, driven by new government programs and large-scale development projects.
