The 10th edition of the World Retail Congress will take place at the five-star Madinat Jumeirah, in the burgeoning retail hub of Dubai. The three day event, taking place 12-14 April 2016, will gather more than 1,000 global retail executives to discuss the demands of the new consumer and the future of retail. The Congress will take as its theme: The challenge of attracting and engaging with customers in the next generation. How can retailers create winning customer experiences in a digital age?
