Every two years, the SLABO, Latin American Society for Biomaterials and
Artificial Organs, holds an international workshop, with about 700 participants in each of its editions, for exchange of experience between researchers, graduate students and post graduation, and presentation of new works in the areas of artificial organs, biomaterials and tissue engineering.
