The theme of this annual meeting is "Developing Intellectual and Future Innovations." This is to build the foundation of knowledge in order for us to set a direction for the future. There is a saying in Japan which guides us to "study the past to discover the path to the future." The theme of this annual meeting is based on this because there is a need for us to be aware of the importance of knowing the past, understanding the present, and creating a future.
