The 4th edition of Building Maintenance & Asset Management Expo Asia 2011 held in Bangkok concluded with its best ever attendee numbers since its inauguration four years ago. A total of 4,869 trade visitors and conference delegates from 30 countries attended this year's event.

This year's BMAM Expo Asia was also held in conjunction with the 1st edition of Green Building & Retrofits Expo Asia (GBR Expo Asia), an international exhibition and conference on green buildings and green retrofitting. A total of 251 exhibiting and co-exhibiting companies from 28 countries showcased an array of technology, equipment, services and solutions covering the entire spectrum of facility management & maintenance, property management, green building and retrofit sectors and industries.
