The 1st edition of Green Building & Retrofits Expo Asia held in Bangkok, Thailand from 21st September to 23rd September 2011 concluded with its best ever attendee numbers with a total of 4,869 trade visitors and conference delegates from 30 countries attended this year's event.

Green Building & Retrofits Expo Asia (GBR Expo Asia) was held in conjunction with the 4th edition of BMAM Expo Asia, an international exhibition and conference on building maintenance and asset management for Asia market. A total of 251 exhibiting and co-exhibiting companies from 28 countries showcased an array of technology, equipment, services and solutions covering the entire spectrum of facility management & maintenance, property management, green building and retrofit sectors and industries.
