Since the number of aircraft, both in the civil and defence sectors has been growing in India at a very rapid pace, the aviation industry in India is now poised to explore the potential of setting up MRO facilities in a bigger way. Hence there is a need to launch a consorted effort in bringing such organisations under one roof to explore the possibilities that lie before us in near term as well as in long term.
In the hope to address this need, MRO India 2012, is an effort towards bringing together all interested players in this field under one platform to discuss, debate and exhibit their products and services. The event will attract stakeholders from across the globe including policymakers, regulators, manufactures, users, both civil and military, legal experts, consultants, IT solution providers, training organisations, MRO domain experts, Senior Government Official and others having interest in the MRO sector.
The format of the event includes: full day sessions each on civil and military need for MRO, one session dedicate to training, a Round Table session where industry leaders will debate on various issues related with the sector, a networking evening, exhibition of products & services and many more. Through this news letter, it is our endeovour to keep the global aviation industry in general and the aviation MRO industry in particular informed about the progress of MRO India 2012.
