International Trade Fair of Food Processing Technologies Polagra-Tech is divided into three themed exhibitions.
Bakery and Confectionery Technologies Exhibition (previously Exhibition of Baking and Confectionery and Food Ingredients) is held every two years in even years.
Meat Technologies Exhibition (previously Exhibition of Machines and Devices for the Meat Industry and Exhibition of Food Additives) - takes place in odd years, also every two years.
Food Technologies Exhibition (formerly Exhibition of Machines and Equipment for the Food Industry, Exhibition of Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning and Heating Exhibition of Machines and Devices for the Dairy Industry) - is organized every year.
