TheFitExpo is returning to Chicago for our second year bringing many of the same great fitness, physique, martial arts, and strength contests that have made our Northern and Southern California shows the biggest fitness expos on the West Coast.
There will be bodybuilding, physique, figure and bikini competitions, the Gracie family's Jiu Jitsu tournament, powerlifting, strongman, arm wrestling, a CrossFit style adult team competition, and the hottest calisthenics, parkour and loopkicks demonstrations.
