Mangystau Oil, Gas and Infrastructure Exhibition is held in the oil and gas-bearing region of Kazakhstan - the city of Aktau, the only seaport of Kazakhstan designed for international shipping of bulk cargoes, oil and oil products, and is one of the key links in the TRACECA chain, East - Central Asia - Caucasus - Europe transport corridor. The oil producing industry accounts for 93.9% of the oblast's industrial output with a lot of local and foreign companies involved in project implementation. All these factors contribute to success of Aktau-hosted annual Mangystau Oil, Gas and Infrastructure Exhibition.
Around 100 oil producing, service, mechanical engineering and freight companies and equipment suppliers participate in Mangystau Oil, Gas and Infrastructure Exhibition. Regional infrastructure is represented by construction, power and telecommunication companies.
