Since the first Congress held at Vienna in 1967, crop protection experts have been sharing their views and solutions on emerging issues in agriculture of global significance. However, the lack of understanding among various communities about crop protection chemicals still persists, with many export commodities being rejected by different countries. There is a need to tackle this issue both at a National and International level, bringing together various stakeholders on one platform.
The 15th IUPAC International Congress of Crop Protection Chemistry will be hosted by the Society for the Promotion of Sustainable Agriculture (SPSA), in association with ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi and Institute of Pesticide Formulation Technology (IPFT), Gurugram, and take place at National Agricultural Science Centre Complex (NASC Complex) in New Delhi, India.
