The previous Congress brought together senior retail leaders and industry experts from throughout the region and across the globe. Over 65 leading retail experts including Alibaba, Courts Asia, LVMH, Mango, Pizza Hut - Asia, Rakuten Inc, RedMart and SPAR China shared their experiences and challenges with delegates.
It's a particularly exciting time, as modern retail is now firmly established in Asia. Retailers around the world look on in admiration at the speed of change that is being driven by economic growth, greater consumer spending power and above-all, early adoption of technologies. It was a great pleasure to learn more about one of the most exciting retail regions in the world during the congress and to look at how retail leaders see this growth developing in the future.
