The third edition of Hong Kong Fitness + Wellness Expo (FWE) will take place on the 25th and 26th of November 2023. For the third time in less than two years, the 2-day mega exhibition event boasts its largest venue ever, anticipating over 15,000 visitors, including 2,500+ HYROX racers. Establishing itself as Hong Kong's premier indoor fitness & wellness event over the previous 2 editions, FWE welcomes new and returning visitors alike, with a revampe d programme including a New! Talk Stage to help you embrace a healthier, fitter and more balanced lifestyle, while making informed choices along the way. FWE will feature an international line-up of instructors headlining an array of fitness, dance, and yoga classes along with new sports experiences, as well as more than 120 brand exhibits, amongst them a variety of food and beverage choices.
