The International Symposium on Combustion is the major biennial meeting of The Combustion Institute. The 40th International Symposium Emphasizing Energy Transition will convene at Politecnico di Milano in Milan, Italy from Sunday, 21 July through Friday, 26 July 2024. This event provides a scientific venue for sharing ideas and experiences on the applications of combustion.
The International Symposium on Combustion is the world congress and major biennial meeting of The Combustion Institute. Scientists, professors, students, and industrial practitioners from over eighty countries share ideas and experiences on the science and applications of combustion. Symposium participants have the opportunity to attend plenary lectures, topical reviews, oral presentations, work-in-progress posters (WiPPs) presentations, and industry perspective presentations.
