Since the launch event in Barcelona in 2007, the World Retail Congress has established itself as an important and unique meeting place for the global retail industry. Attracting retail leaders from across all sectors and geographies, it has come to represent a barometer for the latest ideas and innovations that will help the industry move forward.
Each year, the Congress has attracted the best speakers who have addressed the pressing issues of the day, stimulated debate and helped the generation of ideas that are the lifeblood of this dynamic industry.
After a successful move out of Europe for the first time in 2016, World Retail Congress will return to Dubai in 2017. Working in close partnership with retail leaders, the Congress team build each year's programme to focus on the topics that matter most to boardrooms around the world. We will be announcing the theme for the 11th edition soon.
