TOPHC is hosted jointly by Public Health Ontario, the Ontario Public Health Association (OPHA), and the Association of Local Public Health Agencies (alPHa).'Each day of the three-day convention will be dedicated to addressing one of TOPHC's goals and objectives.

TOPHC aims to advance public health in Ontario by increasing the knowledge and skills in the workforce.'TOPHC attracts front-line public health professionals, such as health promoters, epidemiologists, public health nurses, physicians, public health program managers, policy makers, government stakeholders, and researchers. TOPHC includes an exciting mix of presentations that share new knowledge and educational workshops that build and refine practical skills.
