CANSO - the global voice of air traffic management - is pleased to invite air navigation service providers and ATM industry stakeholders to attend the 4th CANSO Africa Conference, to be held in Accra, Ghana from 12 - 14 September 2016, kindly hosted by the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority.
The conference theme is "Ensuring safe and efficient airspace - separating regulation from service provision" and will focus on the separation between regulation, oversight and service provision, as well as focusing on institutional change. The conference will also discuss how States can empower service providers to concentrate on managing the service function and deliver a safe, environmentally sustainable, efficient, cost effective and seamless air navigation and airport service.
