The conference will be held in the beautiful, fascinating and vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from July 23rd to 26th, 2023.
This is the eleventh in a series of prestigious conferences that began in 2001, in Hong Kong, and has circled the world since; this is the first CICE to be held in South America. CICE is the official conference of International Institute for FRP in Construction (IIFC) and brings together the FRP research community and industry to share and discuss recent developments and future perspectives in the field.
