GENERA, the Energy and Environment International Trade Fair, confirm as the benchmark platform for the renewable energies and energy efficiency sector.
Over three days GENERA was a focal point of market trends and sharing of experience and know-how, thanks to the extensive Conference Program, with close to 2,500 in attendance this year. Twenty sessions, organised by the leading associations and companies in the industry, discussed cutting edge issues such as distributed generation and auto-consumption, nearly zero-energy buildings, district network savings, and many others. The program also provided an extensive review of the new challengers, technology and opportunities emerging for different energy sources, such as cogeneration and microgeneration, bioenergy, marine energy, geothermal energy, wind and miniwind energy, hydrogen and fuel cells and thermosolar energy, while the final day of the event looked at the energy services market.
