LACQUA18 will be the 2018 Annual meeting of the Latin American & Caribbean Chapter of WAS. Following upon the previous successful LACQUA meetings, LACQUA will bring international attention to the aquaculture industry of Colombia
and South America. The WAS Regional Meeting, SOUTH AMERICAN REGIONAL AQUACULTURE 2018 will join with LACQUA18. The LACQUA18 event will be combined with the VIII Colombian Aquaculture Congress.
LACQUA18 will be held in Bogota, the capital of Colombia. It is the biggest City in the country and situated in central Colombia on the Andes. The location is strategic with an important hub Airport for the region, and nearby production of tilapia, trout, shrimp and Amazonian and ornamental fishes.
