The Saudi Arabian hospitality sector is set to grow with inbound travel on the increase, both in terms of religious tourism and business visitors. As such the Kingdom is heading towards a boom with a planned increase in hotel rooms, and furnished apartments. It is forecast that there will be another 21 hotels with 7,000 more hotel rooms in the Kingdom by 2013. Of the total, 2,000 will open this year.
