The international exhibition for metal-working (AMB) is one of the world's five largest leading trade fairs in the area of metal-working, besides EMO Hanover/Milan, CIMT Beijing, IMTS Chicago and JIMTOF Tokyo, and is now ranked in fourth place as a result of the upward trend in exhibitors and visitors. Representatives from state and federal politics received a taste of the first-class exhibitor pool and standard during the guided tour of the trade fair with Messe Stuttgart Managing Director Kromer. Here exhibitors also showed that it is no longer the increase in productivity that is to the fore in the development of the machine tools and precision tools industry, as well as innovative concepts and global innovations. Complete production concepts, which also satisfy current requirements in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability, are developed together with the customer. AMB has now become a must-attend event for important companies and organisations in the metal-working industry.
