The European Conference in Nanofilms (2018) is open to communications related to coatings and nanofilms developed by a wide range of processing techniques: PVD (cathodic arc, sputtering, HiPIMS), Sol-Gel, MBE, ALD, CVD, etc. The ECNF aims to bring academics and industry thought-leaders to exchange and share their knowledge on the aspects of surface engineering, functionalization and smart materials. This conference will facilitate opportunities to network and discuss the practical challenges facing the industry sectors. This 3-day European meeting will be hosted in the United Kingdom for the first time. Cranfield University, as a pro-EU university, is delighted to host the event.
