Polish recent market reports, state that after the challenging years of 2009 and 2010, the coming years will be marked by increased growth in the construction industry.
The forthcoming year 2011 can be a breakthrough year for the construction industry in terms of construction output. The 2011 average annual growth rate can be up to 10%, driven by large civil engineering projects and major improvement in the building construction sector.
On March the 4th 2001, the Polish Parliament has passed a Law on Energy Efficiency in order to improve the heating market and to increase the energy efficiency.
This will reduce the loss of heat in the distribution processes and, above all, it will increase the heat production deriving from cogeneration, renewable energies and waste treatment.
