An IUVA Symposium on "UV technology advancement for water environment", jointly organized by The Center for Water Research, National University of Singapore and The International Ultraviolet Association (IUVA). The focus of this symposium is to discuss the recent advancements in UV technologies addressing the challenges in water and wastewater treatment, with the emphasis on water disinfection and emerging contaminants control. Other novel developments and practical applications of UV technologies in water environment will also be discussed. Well known academic and industrial experts worldwide in the field of UV technologies will be invited to this symposium to share the advancement in UV technologies. A tentative program is attached.
