The exhibition Micromchine/MEMS, a leading force in Japan will be renamed "Nano Micro Biz", and offering new vision in micro-fabrication technology, devices, and solutions!
Ever since the fi rst Industrial Micromachine Exhibition held in 1990, this exhibition has grown in step with the development of micromachines and MEMS and has become the industry's largest scale specialized trade fair. Introducing not only the MEMS fi elds relating to the manufacture of sensors, gyroscopes and optical devices, but also the microfabrication technologies targeting wide range of other fields i.e. microfluidic devices and micromachines in medical and biotech applications. Nano and micro fabrication will continuously be the key technology for various manufacturing and industries.
The main exhibits will showcase a wide array of key devices and the latest technologies related to research and development, fabrication, quality control and countless other applications.
