On behalf of the Latin American Thyroid Society (LATS) we are honored to host the 17th International Thyroid Congress (ITC), which will be held in the delightful city of Rio de Janeiro from June 18th to 22nd, 2025.
The ITC is co-sponsored by the American Thyroid Association (ATA), the European Thyroid Association (ETA), the Asia-Oceania Thyroid Association (AOTA), and the LATS. Held every five years, each edition of the ITC is hosted by one of these sister societies on a rotational basis. This event marks the third occasion in Latin America, following the successful gatherings in Sao Paulo (9th edition) and Buenos Aires (13th edition).
The ITC Program Organizing Committee (POC) , chaired by the host society, created an agenda featuring inspiring plenaries, insightful panel discussions, and valuable networking sessions. The comprehensive program promises to deepen your understanding of the latest advancements in thyroid research and treatment.
